Jason Mitchell

Jason Mitchell began hunting at an early age and began guiding waterfowl hunters at the age of 21.  Mitchell often spent over seventy five days in the field each season in North Dakota, guiding near Devils Lake during the months of October and then relocating near the Missouri River during the months of November and December.  What Mitchell truly enjoys the most about hunting is being able to observe nature.  Every sense and emotion is heightened while in the field.  While Mitchell earned a reputation as an extremely successful and accomplished waterfowl guide for many years, Mitchell also has a passion for many other hunting pursuits that include archery hunting, big game hunting and upland bird hunting.  Besides being a passionate hunter, Mitchell is also a renowned walleye and ice angler that is credited for many innovations in the fishing industry.  Jason and his wife Lana, along with their children Olivia and Brennen, live in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
